Oct 10 2024The top of this costume is very lovely, but I cannot say the same for the bottoms. It's very apparent these were either not made correctly, or not ever sized properly for size Large. 2/3 of the straps on the bottoms are not appropriately sized and it's almost like they sewed 2 straps for a size S onto them and 1 strap for a size L onto them. Pictured next to AA batteries for size comparison, the middle strap is roughly 2 inches longer than the top and bottom straps on each side which creates a very unflattering muffin top. Definitely plan to not wear these shorts unless maybe you are a size small. Even then I'm not sure they'd be made correctly. On the other hand, the top is quite nice and laces up the back like a corset for a snug fit. I'll give 3 stars for the top alone but the bottoms are getting 0 stars from me.
